My journey..
i love nature...
As a little girl, I was always exploring nature. My love for natural healing started with my grandfather, who was a doctor, that always preferred nature´s healing over pills. I understood very quickly that modern medicine is excellent but my body is a natural substance that can be treated just as well with nature. Every year, for the past 30+ years, I have been collecting herbs, creating herbal mixtures and treating my family with these natural remedies. In the last 16+ years, I have been exploring Saint Hildegard remedies. They are working wonderfully! I possess two certificates from official studies in Germany and Austria and love to apply Hildegard´s lifestyle onto my life and the life of my family, for health and vitality.
